MCTC TDA Guidebook

The Madera County Transportation Commission (MCTC) Transportation Development Act (TDA) Guidebook was developed to provide a useful reference for applicants of TDA funds and MCTC staff to continue to provide a clear and understandable process of the administration of TDA funds. The objective of the guidebook is to increase program understanding and thereby expedite the administrative process. The Guidebook seeks to explain TDA statutory provisions, policies, procedures, and administrative instructions in an accurate, concise and readable format. It will serve as an addition to the TDA Statutes and California Codes of Regulations (April 2013), published by Caltrans, that contains the complete text of all pertinent laws and regulations
