2023 Conformity Analysis

On August 31, 2022, the Madera County Transportation Commission (MCTC) Policy Board adopted, via resolution 22-13, the Final Conformity Analysis for the 2022 RTP/SCS and 2023 FTIP. The final adopted document meets all applicable transportation planning requirements per 23 CFR Part 450 and 40 CFR Part 93, and conforms to applicable SIPs. Associated documentation is available for download as indicated below.
